Courier

• For some larger items we insure and ship with Fastway.  
• Fastway, like all couriers requires a physical address and a signature upon delivery.
• They cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
• If you prefer delivery by some other means, please contact us and we will arrange it.

Packaging

• We do not charge for package and handling!

• Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected
• Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
• We can arrange registered and additional insured postage if required. Please call.

GST

No GST (Goods and Services Tax) is charged to International Orders and will be deducted during Checkout.

Free Shipping on Specialty Items

• Some Free Shipping items are specialty items and Shipped Separately from our US or UK Warehouse.
• These items are delivered to most Destinations in 10-14 Working Days. In peak periods your item may take three weeks to arrive. Sorry about this.
  
• In order to secure the best shipping method, we regret that there is no tracking for these items.

Returns and Refunds- All goods returned shall be returned at the discretion of Games from Everywhere. Any costs incurred to return goods to the place of despatch are at the buyer's expense. Full Refunds are available within 14 days of goods recieved. Goods and packaging must be in original condition, free from damage and blemishes. "Made to order" goods and non-stock items which are accepted by the buyer in good order and condition are non-returnable. Games from Everywhere reserves the right to decline any return of goods. Any Credits for returned goods will be in the form of a Store Credit valid for a maximum of 3 months from original purchase date.

For faulty goods or goods not up to expectations, refund provided as goods were purchased, through PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card Credit, less postage and handling costs and at the Discretion of Games from Everywhere.
